Gary joined us in late 2007 as the News Director and 5:30pm anchor for NewsChannel 5. He has more than 25 years of experience working at stations across the US and most recently spent 10 years as News Director and anchor at the ABC station in Redding, CA.

Gary grew up in western Colorado. He really likes mentoring young journalists and watching them grow and become successful. He also enjoys meeting and talking with viewers so never hesitate to come up to him if you see him out in the community.
