    WASHINGTON - The Food Safety and Inspection Service announced Saturday that Green Cuisine, a California-based company, is recalling about 36,854 lbs of chicken and turkey salad products that may be contaminated with hard silica and glass fragments. The ready-to-eat chicken and turkey salads were produced from Nov. 4 - 15, 2017.

    DEER PARK, Wash. - Police were investigating a two-car rollover crash near Highway 395 and Monroe in Deer Park Saturday evening.  The crash happened around 4 p.m. Officers on scene say a gray pickup truck was T-boned by a white SUV near the intersection of Highway 395 and Monroe Road. The pickup truck rolled and landed on its top.

    SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane Police are requesting media and public assistance in locating a missing elderly female. Spokane Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 86 year old Dorothy Ramon Gerske, she was last seen on Tuesday at 3pm, at 217 W Spokane Falls Blvd. Dorothy was last seen wearing a black sweater, red shirt, navy blue pants, brown orthopedic shoes, and glasses with a gold frame.

    KHQ.com - Two brothers-in-law are doing their part to rescue cats from trees in Washington state. But this isn't your normal fire department tree rescue. The west side of the state has some very tall trees that feline friends can scurry up and then have trouble getting back down. That's where Tom Otto and Shaun Sears come in. The two professional arborists and cat lovers volunteer their time and use specialized gear to rescue cats through their project called Canopy Cat Rescue.

    MOSES LAKE, Wash. - Around 11 o'clock on Thursday, Moses Lake police officers were dispatched to a house in the 200 block of Grand Drive for a report of an argument over a child. When officers arrived, they found 22-year-old Noe Alvarez drunk and arguing with his ex-girlfriend about trying to their one-year-old child.
