    Yesterday, July 16th, a possibly hazardous material was spilled onto a manhole cover on 15th St N by the intersection with 12th Ave N at around 4:30 P.M.  Great Falls Police told KFBB it appears the investigation might be taken over by the state, as the spill happened over a manhole cover and there is no word on the impacts this can have.     MISSOULA - Police released new information and new photos showing what Jermain Charlo was wearing before she disappeared on June 16 in Missoula. Det. Guy A. Baker said Tuesday that police are still searching for the woman, who was last seen near downtown Missoula late that Saturday night.
