    HELENA, Mont.- Vandalism is running rampant throughout the Helena Walking Mall. So far, 25 different spots have been hit, including a piece of history.     The Helena Fire Department received some very exciting news yesterday. After decades of being short staffed and ill equipped, the department found out it has been awarded a large federal grant. $800,000 in federal funds will help pay for six new firefighters. A couple of months ago, voters approved a yearly mill levy.
