Marine Corps 234th Birthday Ball Celebration, hosted by the Donald J Ruhl Detachment of the Marine Corps League and Auxillary.

Scheduled activities include a no host bar, dinner and the Birthday Ball ceremony. There will be a large silent and live auction during the ball with items donated by businesses and individuals. A live DJ will pick up the beat after the auction and dancing will commence.

Everyone is welcome to come, including all branches of the military, past and present and we encourage the public to join us. Last year, the Birthday Ball raised almost $1,900 from the auctions that was donated to our local Toys for Tots prgram. We invite you to come and support the Toys for Tots program while enjoying a night out on the town.

The Marine Corps league is a non-profit organization, chartered by congress in 1937. Its mission is to preserve the traditions and promoting the interests of the United States Marine Corps. In the Helena Area, the Donald J Ruhl Detachment is heavily involved in the Toys for Tots program and veterans affairs.
