Jim Kizer retired from the Great Falls Police Department after 11 years of service and decided to take over the Great Falls rescue mission. The rescue mission offers a place for hot meals and a place to sleep for those in need. Along with Christian ministry services, addiction counseling and health services. Jim feels it is his purpose to help serve the community.
