Our Market. says ...
Is saturated with over priced business people, that's not just for business' but in the rental market as well, most rentals are now owned by property managers who over price and raise our rent values, while our pay rates are NOT going up, everyone caters to the air force base (I'm sure they also don't appreciate it) we have rental rates equal or higher then many large cities, It's easier to find rentals cheaper in these cities, Portland, Spokane and SLC. In my opinion all the rate increases are just one more step to crucifying our town. still to few jobs, too low paying and still to high rents (biz and home) for anyone to move up in life.
