Now she is suing for $250,000 over the incident which led to an involuntary hospital visit.

As she survived on a fixed income from social security and a "very modest" pension, she was strapped. Arthur Livingston, 39, a Bank of America customer, says the company has been reporting him as deceased to all major credit agencies since May 2009.
