Flashback Friday: Jail Overcrowding in Montana (June 10, 1988)

Here in Cascade County, talk of too many inmates has been building over the past few months, with the sheriff saying his budget isn't enough to sustain so many inmates at the detention center.

And the complaints were very similar back in the late 1980's when the old county jail was still in operation.
