The Great Falls Transit District is talking about resuming bus service on Saturdays. The district had cut that service back in 2008 due to budget concerns.

Yet the district was also looking at budget concerns back almost two decades ago.

NewsChannel 5's Ccarol Walker filed this report in June 1991, just as fares were going up for the first time in history.
