Motorcycle Accidents Prompt Highway Patrol to Urge Caution

By KFBB News Team

As temperatures rise more and more motorcyclists are hitting the roads. That increase also means more accidents. The Montana Highway Patrol spent part of the day assessing an accident that left a man in critical condition. Last night, the man crashed his bike on the South Vaughn Frontage Road. Eyewitnesses think the rider was actually taking off his jacket when he lost control. He was wearing a helmet, but it wasn't hooked on correctly and it fell off after he went air born. Another motorcycle accident in Huntley killed a 44-year-old woman last night. A report from highway patrol says a car hit the bike from behind.
