For Sale: Coffee Shop- $25,000

Les Ripens is the owner of Cool Beans Coffee in Downtown Great Falls. After working 65 hour weeks and only making about four bucks an hour...he isn't optimistic things will change if he decides to stay open. He told us, "Food costs are going up, coffee is going up, everything we have shipped in.” It’s too much to be profitable. Though he doesn't own the property, anything inside of the walls is for sale. Right now he's asking $25,000 for everything. But if no serious buyer is found, he'll start selling off the store piece by piece. Everything from espresso machines, to couches to forks and spoons must go. That sale would be next Saturday. If you are interested in buying the whole package or just a piece you can stop by the shop and talk to him.
