A dog rescue group in Arkansas has rescued nearly a dozen basset hounds and has given them a new place to call home, but only temporarily. Two males and nine females make up the bunch. Phil Guinn is the founder of Ozark Mountain Basset Hound Rescue and his group rescued the four-legged friends from a breeder going out of business.
