Former Explorers Owner Owes State Thousands

By KFBB News Team

Though the former owner of the Explorers CBA Basketball Team may have left town, his bills aren't going anywhere. In fact the state of Montana is going after him for thousands of dollars. The Department of Labor filed an order with District Judge Dirk Sandefur earlier this month in Cascade County Court. They claim former explorers owner Michael Tuckman owes the uninsured employers fund more than $54,000. Since it's an order, the amount of money owed is not debatable.
