The state of Montana and the Alberta Emergency Management Agency conducted a full-scale exercise at the Sweetgrass border port of entry, but the event wasn't treated like an drill. A mock explosion, signaling a terrorist trying to transport weapons of mass destruction across the border to attack several U.S. Cities brought 33 agencies together from both Canada and Montana to control the situation.
