NeighborWorks Black Eagle Project

Four new home-owners are getting closer to move-in day, thanks to the NeighborWorks Black Eagle project.

The project is replacing 17 old, run-down housing structures with four beautiful new homes to benefit the community.

The project is designed to provide high-quality homes at prices that are affordable for first time homebuyers.

NeighborWorks and Rural Development Finance are able to sell the homes for about 131-thousand-dollars, and keep mortgage payments low.

Other national funders working with the program include the Ford Foundation and Corporation for Enterprise Development.
