A former Cascade County Jailer charged with having sexual intercourse with a minor without consent pled not guilty to a lesser charge this afternoon (5/6).

19-year-old Zachary Henrie of Ulm pled guilty to criminal endangerment for having sex with a 15-year-old girl when he was 18. Under Montana state law, anyone under the age of 16 cannot give legal consent to sexual activity.
