Arrest Made In Homicide Case

A NewsChannel 5 update on last week's deadly shooting near Vaughn.
Tonight (6/18), Cascade County informs us that an arrest has been made in the case.
Shortly after 12: 30 this afternoon, 48-year-old Clay Dunbar was arrested and charged with deliberate homicide.
In the early morning hours of June 9th, 45-year-old Keith Peterson was shot to death at the Dunbar residence, while a woman who knew both men and three children were present.
We're told that Dunbar and his alleged victim were involved in a physical fight.
It was after the fight was seemingly over that things turned deadly.
Dunbar fired two shots through a closed door, allegedly killing Peterson.
Following today's arrest, Dunbar will make his first appearance in Cascade County court tomorrow (6/19), and NewsChannel 5 will of course be there.
