Those looking to hit the Great Falls Farmers Market this Fourth of July will have to wait, as it was recently announced that, for the first time in 27 years, the market would be canceled.

Marv Brewster, manager of the Great Falls Farmer Market, explains, "Well, the market fell on Saturday, same day as the Fourth of July, so we're in the same exact area where the parade sets up, and all the streets get blocked off, so we graciously stepped aside this one time."

The Farmers Market will be open as scheduled after the Fourth of July holiday.
