Suspected Great Falls Drug Dealer Pleads Not Guilty

A man suspected of trafficking 70 pounds of marijuana through the Great Falls area is out on bail until his pending trial.

In September, Jeremiah Utley was arrested and charged with criminal possession of dangerous drugs, and criminal possession with intent to distribute.

Thursday he pleaded not guilty to those charges.

You may recall, officers from five agencies including the Cascade County Sheriff's Office and the Great Falls Police Department, seized the drugs from a home near a local elementary school.

Utley is currently serving a five year suspended sentence for a felony burglary charge, and remains free on a $50,000 bond for the drug charges.
