A man facing his 10th DUI charge made another appearance in court Thursday morning.

Lawrence James Lamere pleaded not guilty to a felony DUI charge, along with seven other traffic offenses, including driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, and possessing an open container of alcohol.

You may recall, police followed lamere as he drove through the city in October. He eventually drove his car onto a curb, and refused to take a breathalizer test.

Lamere also answered "not true" to charges of violating his probation. His trial is scheduled for April 8th 2010.
