If you're thinking about adding a furry friend to your family -- why not adopt a dog? Handsome is this week's Pet of the Week.

As his name implies - he's a handsome guy!

Handsome is a very sweet and playful black and white Pit Bull. He's still pretty young - probably about a year old.

He has a lot of energy and is still learning his commands. Handsome just loves attention and enjoys playing with people.

He'd probably do best in a home with older children. He loves kids but might be a little too active for toddlers.

One of Handsome's favorite things to do is run around outside, so he'd love a big yard to play in!

He is current on his yearly vaccines and has not been altered. Handsome was picked up as a stray -- and is now waiting patiently for his new family at the Great Falls Animal Shelter.
