By KFBB News Team

NeighborWorks kicked off it's annual fund drive today with a luncheon hosted at the Civic Center.

For the next 12 days, over 100 volunteer fundraisers will reach out to area business for donations.

This year's goal is to raise $110,000 in tax-deductible donations, which will be used to fund the nonprofit organizations many programs.

NeighborWorks is also celebrating it's 30th year of helping in the local community.

In 2009, NeighborWorks saw the completion of their 21st and 22nd high school houses.

If you would like more information on donating to the fund drive, visit the NeighborWorks website at www.nwgf.org
