County Attorney Ammends Charges in Toddler Murder Case

By KFBB News Team

The Cascade County Attorney's office is moving forward in its case against a man accused of killing a three year old girl.

Cascade County Attorney John Parker tells us his office has officially amended the charges against 22 year old Jerimie Hicks.

He is now charged with deliberate homicide and solicitation to tampering with evidence--both felonies.

Parker says Judge Thomas McKittrick signed the paperwork and kept Hicks' bond at $750,000. A new affidavit is expected to be filled Friday.

Hicks is accused of causing deadly injuries to three year old Kaelyn Bray, and later asking his father to delete email and social networking accounts during a phone call from the county jail.
