Tier 3 Sex Offender Moves to New Address in Great Falls

A Tier 3 sex offender has moved to a new address in Great Falls.

65-year-old David Allen Knaff now lives at 612 13th Street South. Knaff was convicted of sexual assault and sexual intercourse without consent. Police records indicate the victim was an 11-year-old girl.

Knaff is described as a white male with brown hair, blue eyes. He is 5 ft 9 inches tall, and weighs 200 pounds.

I don't feel safe in Hays Montana with Hubba Hawley around he just came back from treatment. Also Hubba is a tier 2 incest sex offender back on the streets I feel we need to get our public to watch our kids?

Why, why, why does our "justice" system allow these guys off to victimize more kids?? 11 years old? Our children our miserably under-represented in this society's justice system!!

Now why would a sex offender be able to live around the corner from Longfellow Elementary school?If he had sex with an 11yr old and now lives around the corner from the school,dont you think he would be more likely to re-offend?There is alot of people in this neighborhood that arent going to like this too much.

Oh great, this is one block away from Longfellow Elementary and a stones throw away from all them children walking home. Thankfully I am a hand on parent and do not leave my children unattended to get molested or ran over by vans.
