Wanted Felon and Wife Arrested for Exposing Children to Meth, Obstructing Justice

Police have arrested a felony fugitive and his common-law wife for obstructing justice and exposing their three children to drugs.

According to court documents, police were looking for 40 year old Ronald McIntee yesterday at a Northside residence, and 38 year old Rissa Robinson lied about his whereabouts in an attempt to hide him.

Police also report finding several bags of methamphetamine, along with drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana--all within reach of the couple's three children.

Both are charged with three felony counts of endangering the welfare of children. McIntee is also charged with a probation violation in Beaverhead County, along three drug charges. Robinson is also charged with obstructing justice.

McIntee's bond was set at $25,000. Robinson’s was set at $2,000.
