Montana State Fair Announces Free Seating at Most Concerts This Year

In a big change from recent years, the Montana State Fair announced today that most concerts this year will have free general admission seating in the bleacher area.

Fair organizers say they'll now offer “Premium Access Seats” ranging from $15-$35 depending on the concert. Those seats will include all the floor seats plus some side view seating with chair backs. General admission will be all other seating.

Also, this year concert tickets for those premium seats will not including fair admission.

Fair organizers are also touting a new dinosaur exhibit that will be set up in a 10,000 square foot tent. This year's fair theme is "Fair Fanatic."

“Premium Access Package”: $125
- Package includes all Premium Access Seats (reserved) plus a Family Fun Pass for admission and/or parking, food vouchers. A $200 value sold for $125. Only available until Friday July 30 at 5 pm.

Tickets will be available by calling (406) 727-1481, logging on to montanastatefair.com or at the Montana ExpoPark Box Office Mon.-Sat. 11am-4pm.
