Senator Tester Visits High School Classroom

Senator Jon Tester spent time with students at Capital High School today, after completing a Senate vote early yesterday evening in Washington D.C.

The Senator took the opportunity to visit a class of seniors at Capital, studying Advanced Placement Government. Students were able to ask the Senator any questions they had for him. Questions ranged from his opinion on the Tea Party, all the way back to what classes he took in high school.

Senator Tester believes it is important to use opportunities like today to teach Montana students that they have the ability to make opportunity a reality.

Senator Tester tries to visit Montana schools as often as he can. Today's visit was spontaneous, because he was able to return early from the Senate vote in Washington.
