Boat Show in Helena This Weekend

This weekend, the Boat Show will be held at the Lewis and Clark County Fairgrounds.

The Montana Boat Center and Townsend Marine are hosting the event, which is now in its 19th year.

Event organizers tell us that now is a great time to buy a boat because most manufacturers are offering factory incentives.

They say there's been a lot of interest in fishing boats this year, but all kinds are popular.

Tom Rispens, President of Montana Boat Center, says, “The great thing about the show is everything’s here. You got everything from jet skis to pontoon boats, fishing boats, ski boats, wakeboard boats; and it’s all inside; clean, warm, and dry, so you can look at all of them and not have to uncover all the boats and sweep snow off of them and all that stuff.”

Admission to the show is only $2 and kids 12 years and younger get in for free.

Show hours are as follows:

Friday the 27th until 9PM
Saturday the 28th from 10AM – 6PM
Sunday the 29th from 10AM – 4PM
