Florida Man Charged in Connection to Hi-Line Death to be Extradited Back to Montana

By KFBB News Team

The Florida man being charged with negligent homicide in the Montana Hi-Line death of another Florida man, Brian Doyle, is being extradited back to Montana.

Roosevelt County Sheriff Freedom Crawford says police took 46-year-old Charles Bowman Bowen into custody Friday in Williston, North Dakota and he's being held in the Williams County Detention Center.

Authorities announced late last night that Bowman will be extradited back to Montana.

The body of 49-year-old Brian Doyle was found January 20 in a ditch along U.S. Highway 2 near Bainville.

Crawford says Doyle, who worked for an oil field maintenance company in North Dakota, died after he was run over by a motor vehicle.
