Great Falls Man Charged with Rape and Incest

A Great Falls man faces up to life in prison charged with sexual intercourse without consent and incest. Harold Blalock Junior made his initial court appearance today on the felony charges. He is accused of having sexual contact with an eight-year-old girl. Court documents show Blalock admitted to that contact while being questioned by investigators. Bail is set at $100,000.

Hopefully some one at the jail can introduce this clown to Mr. mop so he has an understanding of what he's done.
