Help the Great Falls Public Library Improve: Fill Out a Survey

The Great Falls Public Library is asking for your feedback through its new library survey.

The public survey will be conducted now through October in an effort to help the library improve upon its services for the community.

“The library’s in the process of starting some long range planning. We have a relatively new director. One of the things she would like to do is get feedback from the public – not just regular library users but we’re trying to get the opinions and views of people who don’t ordinarily use the library so that we can determine what kinds of services we need to bump up or what we may need to go back on and ways to better serve the community,” explains Jude Smith, public relations director for the Great Falls Public Library.

The surveys include questions ranging from ways the library can improve, to what services you currently use.

You can fill out a survey either by visiting the library or through their website, www.greatfallslibrary.org.
