Jason Christ Files Lawsuit Against DPHHS for Failing to Renew Medical Marijuana Card

Outspoken medical marijuana supporter and CannabisCare owner, Jason Christ, can't legally smoke pot anymore - and he's not happy about it.

Christ's medical marijuana card expired April 17th and the Department of Public Health and Human Services didn't renew it, so he's suing them.

In a complaint filed earlier this week in Missoula district court, Christ seeks $7,000.

He says he uses marijuana to manage pain associated with Crohn's disease.

Christ's business, CannabisCare, connects would-be patients with doctor's to provide recommendations for medical marijuana cards, either at traveling clinics or online teleclinics.

CannabisCare still advertises those online clinics on their website, even though they've been forbidden by the Montana Board of Examiners.

I cant discuss, but I have inside knowledge of this moron being a clueless, threatening, unstable DB. He called my work and made personal threats. For some reason, he seems to bring the attention of law enforcement upon himself. He's a total tool and probably needs to be committed.
