Statutory Rapist Back in Court

You may recognize this name -- Carlos Muhammad -- he was back in court today in Great Falls.

Muhammad was first charged back in 1998 for having sex with a 14-year old girl. He was then charged again in 1999 for having sex with a 15-year-old girl.

Today the court revoked his suspended sentence after he was terminated from sex offender treatment. This is the fourth time his sentence has been revoked.

He's considered a level two sex offender and is ordered not to have contact with children under 18. In the past he was forced to post a sign on his door.

His bond is set at $20,000.
