"What the Hay" Contest is Almost Here

The popular fall hay sculpting contest, "What the Hay, "is right around the corner.

Hay creations will line the highway from Hobson to Windham as a part of the Utica Day Fair Sunday, September 12th.

A dinner hosted by the Utica Rod and Gun Club kicks off the festivities Saturday, September 11th at 6 p.m.

Roast beef dinners are five dollars, auction items will be up for bid and proceeds benefit the Utica Community Hall.

The fair starts Sunday the 12th with a pancake breakfast. People’s choice voting along the hay bale trail starts at 8 a.m.
