However, a man living in the complex was reported missing by his roommate Monday. Brandy Dangerfield says she hasn't seen 22-year-old James Taylor since the fast-moving fire spread through their apartment building around 3:45 Sunday afternoon.

Investigators were at the scene throughout the day Monday. Spini says they focused on finding the missing person and making the site safe for investigators. About 25 people were displaced by the fire. The families are being assisted by the Red Cross.

The apartment complex had 12 units, nine of which were occupied. Billings fire investigators estimate the damage at $400,000. Authorities say an autopsy on the body found at the scene is scheduled for Tuesday.
