BILLINGS - The Montana Highway Patrol says two women were killed and another was injured in a head-on collision west of Lame Deer.

Trooper John Nickelson says the accident happened about 9 p.m. Tuesday when a Geo Prizm heading east on Highway 212 veered into oncoming traffic and struck a Ford Taurus. Both women in the Prizm were killed and a young boy in the back seat survived.

The female driver of the Taurus was treated at the Lame Deer Clinic. The Highway Patrol has not released the names of the victims involved.
