HELENA - Montana's 2008 presidential scholars are high school students Shauna Milne-Price of Helena and Riley Brewer of Ringling.

Milne-Price and Brewer are among 139 scholars nationwide announced by Education Secretary Margaret Spellings. The presidential scholarship commission selects one young woman and one young man from each state, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Also selected are students from U.S. families living abroad, plus 15 students who are chosen at large and 20 who are named presidential scholars in the arts.
