Authorities suspect assault in Browning death

GREAT FALLS - The Glacier County Sheriff's Office and the FBI are investigating a suspicious death on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation.

Sheriff Wayne Dusterhoff says 34-year-old Israel Shorting was found dead at his Browning home Sunday morning. Dusterhoff says his office is investigating the death as a possible assault. No one has been arrested in the case.
