Volunteers help winery harvest grapes

By The Associated Press

MISSOULA - Volunteers helped the Ten Spoon Winery near Missoula harvest 13 tons of grapes ahead of the weekend snowstorm.

Ten Spoon owners were concerned when the first frost hit last Thursday and they invited the community to help. Well over 100 volunteers helped bring the grapes in. The grapes will be shipped to an Oregon distributor, where they will be made into Ten Spoon wine.

The winery owners offered free food and, of course, wine to the volunteer pickers.
