HELENA - A Clancy woman has claimed a $200,000 Powerball prize from the July 1 drawing.

Montana Lottery officials say Melissa Shelton claimed her prize Monday, a day after she realized she had a winning ticket. Her quick pick ticket, purchased at the Montana City Store, matched five white balls, winning the second-tier prize of $200,000.

Shelton says she and her husband plan to use the money to pay off debts.
