BILLINGS - An 18-year-old Lodge Grass man has pleaded not guilty to causing a fatal drunken driving crash. Jeremy Flatmouth entered the plea before District Court Judge Ingrid Gustafson on Friday.

Flatmouth faces one count of vehicular homicide under the influence and three counts of negligent vehicular assault. Flatmouth is accused of driving drunk during the early morning hours of Aug. 8, when his car veered off a winding road that climbs to the top of the Rimrocks in Billings.

Nineteen-year-old Joshua Yarlott-Old Bull, of Lodge Grass, died in the crash, while three other passengers were seriously injured. Flatmouth remains free on $50,000 bail.
