Three Forks Sacajawea Hotel changes hands

THREE FORKS - Ownership of the Sacajawea Hotel in Three Forks is changing hands.

Dean Folkvord says he and his family are buying the hotel and plan to upgrade it without changing its charm and character. Folkvord is found and CEO of Wheat Montana in Three Forks.

Folkvord says the hotel will be closed until the improvements are finished, which is expected be to sometime next March or April. The hotel was built by the Milwaukee Railroad back in 1910.
