Victim of fatal stabbing near Browning Identified

GREAT FALLS - Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal stabbing near Browning as 27-year-old Curtis Marceau Jr.

Glacier County Sheriff Wayne Dusterhoff said Monday that Marceau died from a stab wound to his chest on Thanksgiving Day in his home near Starr School, about nine miles northwest of Browning.

The FBI and Bureau of Indian Affairs are investigating the death, but will not say if the injury was self-inflicted.
