LIVINGSTON - Authorities have released the name of a 62-year-old Park County man whose body was found along a road south of Emigrant.

Park County Coroner Jacob DeVries says James E. Burns appears to have died of exposure after trying to walk away from a vehicle crash that occurred some time Monday night. A passer-by found Burns' body Tuesday morning about 1.5 miles from his vehicle.

The Park County sheriff's office and the Montana Highway Patrol continue to investigate Burns' death.
