HELENA - Officials with the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks are looking for public comments on a 10-year fishery management plan for walleye on the Canyon Ferry Reservoir.

The FWP commission tentatively approved the plan last week. It includes three alternatives for walleye management, including two options that would cut the bag limit for walleye by half and one option that would maintain the current bag limit of 20 fish a day.

The department is taking public comments on the walleye options until April 11.
