Cats, Griz and Saints Learn Postseason Foes

BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) - Montana State is scheduled to host the
University of New Hampshire on Dec. 3 in a second-round game of the
Football Championship Subdivision playoffs.
The Bobcats (9-2) on Sunday received a first-round bye to play
New Hampshire (8-3) in Bobcat Stadium.
Bobcats coach Rob Ash tells the Bozeman Daily Chronicle
(http://bit.ly/uMz4iP) that getting a home game and a bye improves
the team's chances.
UNH closed the regular season Saturday at home with a 30-27
victory against the University of Maine.
The Bobcats lost 36-10 to Montana on Saturday.

MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) - The University of Montana is scheduled to
host a Dec. 3 playoff game at Washington-Grizzly Stadium.
The Grizzlies on Sunday received a first-round bye in the
Football Championship Subdivision playoffs.
They will play the winner of Saturday's first-round game between
Central Arkansas (8-3) and Tennessee Tech (7-3).
The Grizzlies (9-2, 7-1 Big Sky Conference) enter the playoffs
as the No. 4 seed in the 20-team bracket.

HELENA, Mont. (AP) - Carroll College is scheduled to play Azusa
Pacific of California on Saturday in Nelson Stadium in Helena in an
NAIA quarterfinal game.
Carroll College (11-1) has defeated Azusa Pacific (9-2) in three
previous playoff meetings.
The Independent Record reports (http://bit.ly/v7R2nb) that the
most recent win was last season when the Fighting Saints defeated
the Cougars 35-21 in the playoffs on the way to winning a sixth
national title.
