Carroll Stunned By Saint Xavier in NAIA Championship

The St. Xavier Cougars jumped out to a 10-0 lead over the Carroll College Saints in the first quarter of the NAIA National Title game and held on for a 24-20 win.

This is the first appearance and first win for the Cougars in the Championship, and they denied Carroll their record tying 7th NAIA title.
