Both Helena Capital and Helena High picked up road wins Saturday.

But more importantly now both schools are post-season bound.

The Helena High Bengals were in a must win situation on the road at 2nd ranked Billings West. Bengals running back Nick Trapp put Helena up 13-6 going into the half after he scored from 3 yards out as time wound down in the first half. Trapp ran for an even 100 yards on the night.

West lost their stud quarterback Jase Muri, but back up Brian Schwarzkoph threw for 114 yards and a touchdown in the 2nd half. It wasn't enough as the Bengals intercepted him late in the 4th extinguishing any Bears rally and winning 16-10.

In Missoula, the Capital High Bruins were given the royal treatment with the opportunity to play at Washington Grizzly Stadium against Missoula Hellgate.

Bruins quarterback Jared Hunt was 9 of 13 for 188 yards and had 4 touchdown passes. 2 of the TDs went to Casey Lamping who only caught 3 passes all afternoon for 90 yards, but they all counted.

Capital took out the Knights 62-2.
