Havre High tabs MSU-N assistant for football job

HAVRE, Mont. (AP) - Havre High activities director Dennis Murphy
has chosen former Blue Pony and Montana State-Northern assistant
Jason Christenson as the school's new head football coach.
Christenson was a Class A all-state offensive lineman at Havre
High, graduating in 1991. He was an assistant coach for the Blue
Ponies from 2000-2004 and has been an assistant at MSU-Northern for
the past five seasons.
Christenson says he's excited about the opportunity. His hiring
must be approved by the school board.
